SCHERMER is happy—plus proud as heck—to announce that Aly Kelly has been named a finalist in the Ad2 32 Under 32. For the past six years, Aly has proven herself a nimble and necessary player on our account team. Managing key projects, from business-impacting healthcare rebrands to diverse digital product launches that are revolutionizing the combustion industry, she’s a sponge—constantly absorbing industry trends. The depth to which she understands her clients’ businesses and goals, no matter how technical or complex, is unmatched. And what’s more, she’s passionate about working on brands that have a meaningful purpose and impact.
Having the ability to strategize, create, execute, and counsel isn’t often found in one person. But then you meet Aly Kelly and realize she is that rare professional. Aly’s commitment, focus and partnership on my business has been invaluable. She is unafraid to challenge the status quo and brings a personality to every interaction that is electric and inspiring to others.
COMMITTED and CARING is who she is at heart. She has a contagious zest for life, her family, personal wellness, her career, her coworkers, and her clients. It’s not as though she walks into the office and “turns it on,” either. It’s who she is, and she’s always on. Curious and continuously learning, she’s the kind of natural leader whom people want to get behind. Her passion for the brands she works on goes beyond what it takes to do a good job, since she doesn’t leave this passion at the office. She brings it into her personal life as well, becoming a natural and enthusiastic ambassador.
Aly, along with other 32 Under 32 nominees, will be recognized at International Market Square in Minneapolis on May 16th. We will be there to cheer her on, and whether or not she makes the final 32, she’s a champion to us.
