Parking

Free one-hour guest parking is available behind Davanni’s in Laurel Village off N 12th Street and on 13th Street behind Subway. Guest parking is only permitted in 1 hour retail and unmarked parking spots. Please print the document below and place in the dashboard of your vehicle.

Schermer Parking Pass

Our building entrance is located on N 12th Street, directly across from the guest parking lot.

If you’ll be visiting us for more than one hour, there is ramp parking at 11th Street and Harmon Place. Or on-street metered parking is also available on Hennepin Avenue, Harmon Place and N 12th Street. Meters have a two-hour limit and are enforced 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please buzz 014 to be let in. Proceed to the 4th floor via elevator.
